Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality results. However, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below:

General Guidelines

Full refunds (100%) are only granted under exceptional circumstances. Refunds will not be issued if:

• You selected a custom or discounted service package
• Revisions were requested after delivery
• You became unresponsive for 14 days or more
• You voluntarily paused or canceled the project
• You breached any of these terms
• Your project brief lacked essential information
• Your business name changed, or your business ceased operations
• You changed your mind for personal or unrelated reasons

Change of Mind

If no work has commenced, a refund may be requested; however, a 25% processing fee will be deducted. Once active work has begun, this option is no longer available.

Unsatisfactory Delivery

If the final output does not align with the approved project brief, we will revise the work until it meets your expectations. If you remain dissatisfied after several revisions, a partial refund may be considered, subject to discussion.

Late Delivery

Refunds related to delays will be considered only if:

• The delay was clearly caused by The Author Central
• You provide written documentation confirming the delay

Minor delays or small errors (such as typos) may be eligible for a partial refund or a credit toward future services.

Limitations

No refunds will be processed once a project is marked as complete. All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of The Author Central.
